Instructor: Donald Fast, P.Eng

I graduated from Systems Design Engineering (University of Waterloo) last century with a focus on buildings and energy. I have sold and installed PV, solar thermal, wind and water turbines, mainly for off-grid buildings.

I was involved with Energuide and Hot2000 since the start of ecoEnergy. I have done all aspects of Energuide from energy evaluations, QA, tech support and developing procedures over 15 + years. In between residential energy work I have also been involved with commercial energy modeling and analytics.

Outside of energy work, you will find me training for triathlons and studying Chinese martial arts including edged weapons (and occasional sparring with Matheus). As it gets dark, it is time to move inside and play board games.
