How long will it take me to complete this course?

There are 2 hours of narrated video lessons in this course. We estimate it will take you 2.5 to 5 hours to complete all of the videos, worksheets, challenge exercises, and quizzes. Depends on your background knowledge and your learning style.

Is this course available for CPD or CEU credits?

Not yet. We are waiting for confirmation of credits. Please note that this course is specific to Canadian geography. We're working on a US version. Hold tight!

How long do I have access to the course?

You have 12 months access to all online materials, An AI bot to help you sort through course content to find the subject matter you want to review. You also have 12 months access to our resource hub, which is a curated database of industry information that you can use to take a deep dive into your favourite subject(s)

Can I enrol in a course any time?

Yes, anytime. And you have 12 months access to each course from the time you start it, so you can learn on your schedule. We'll send you some reminders to keep you on track.

What happens if I need CPDs or CEUs and I fail a course?

If you need additional attempts, contact our Helpdesk.

If I drop a course, will I get a refund?

Blue House Energy will not refund, in whole or in part, tuition fees if the cancellation or withdrawal request is received after the course has been accessed or expired. Access includes opening the course and/or downloading any material(s).
