Nick is a high-performance renovator/builder and construction project manager. He is the founder and CEO of RSI Projects in Halifax, where he has led high performance new construction and renovation projects since 2013. His experience spans project planning and scheduling, budgeting and cost control, team leadership, permitting, client management, and sustainable construction practices.

As a Passive House Institute-trained builder, Nick brings practical building science experience from projects ranging from high-performance customer homes to deep energy retrofits and pre-fabricated, pre-insulated construction. He was co-founder and Technical Director of The ReCover Initiative, established to accelerate the adoption of high-performance building retrofits in Canada.

As an expert coach, Nick brings the builder's perspective to the classroom, helping participants connect building science andenergy efficiency cocnepts with what actually happens on construction and renovation projects.
