In 2015, Tarion, Ontario’s New Home Warranty Program introduced mandatory competency training for new builder and vendor registrants. Blue House Energy is a recognized training provider for Tarion.

Currently, new Tarion Registrants must prove competency levels in each of seven areas before they can be licensed to build or sell houses in Ontario. Blue House Energy has partnered with the Professional Home Builders Institute (PHBI) to provide online training for all seven competency areas in one place. You can purchase all of the courses at trainingOntario. Our Construction Technology course is featured in trainingOntario's curriculum.
