Here at Blue House Energy, we have a lot to say about a lot of things. Our favourite things are: building science, online training, successful instructional design, collaboration, improving industry capacity, and performance management.

Sometimes we shut up and get them to talk about what they’re doing.

Hal focuses on performance management -- what that means and how to get the best out of your training budget.
